LOOK: Yiv Cortez Stuns in her KPop Glam-inspired Pre-Debut Photoshoot

Cortez family and VIYLine’s baby is now officially a lady!

YouTube content creator Yiv Cortez looks exquisitely gorgeous in her KPop Glam-inspired pre-debut photo shoot. The youngest sister of the renowned vlogger, Viy Cortez, enjoyed the shoot in preparation for her 18th birthday party on April 28.

In a Facebook post, Yiv shared a sneak peek of her much-awaited glam pictorial care of Nice Print Photography. 

“Turning 18 ‘like ooh ahh ala Twice!” Yiv wrote alongside a photo of herself dressed in a glamorous little black dress.

“So blessed to have my family with me to celebrate my debut,” the soon-to-be debutante added.

In a separate social media post, Yiv teased her followers with a clip from the photoshoot. She even hyped it up as she counts down the days before she officially enters the “legal age.”

The roughly 2-minute clip showcased Yiv’s transformation to a KPop star, an ethereal goddess, and a true lady like you’ve never seen her before. 

Her KPop-themed layout is inspired by the music video of the song “Scientist” by Yiv’s favorite all-girl Korean group, Twice.

On her recent vlog, Yiv Cortez shared the options she had for the overall theme of the upcoming party. The choice that stood out was the garden theme as it screams “The Feels” of Twice.

“Naisip ko itong concept ng Twice kasi may nakita ako sa YouTube na garden yung debut. Nag-isip talaga ako ng anong magagandang concept. Nakita ko yung garden and nakita ko na parang connected siya sa Twice na [music video] ‘More and More,’” Yiv explained. 

The debutante exclaimed her feelings amidst the photoshoot: “Nawala na yung kaba ko! Naexcite ako lalo na sa final na layout.”

During the photoshoot, the Team Payaman new-gen member is wearing an oversized pink blazer with a black bow paired with a beret hat courtesy of Fashion Stylist Ica Villanueva.

Miss Ica told VIYLine Media Group (VMG) that since Yiv’s image is studious and very simple, the glam team transformed her into the glamorous lady that she is destined to be. 

Meanwhile, Yiv’s Korean aura was all thanks to the magic touch of veteran makeup artist, Krystle Bonus and hairstylist, Renzly Garcia Patingo.

Ms. Krystelle said that Yiv personally requested to achieve a “no-makeup look” with a little bit of shimmer, drunk blush, and ombre lips. 

In terms of working with Yiv, Nice Print’s head photographer Nick told VMG that our debutante is very light to work with.

“Masaya! Cool sya, wala syang reklamo, wala syang arte.”

Behind the debutante’s successful photoshoot is the ever-supportive production team and of course, her sisters, Ivy and Viy, who reviewed the shots and ensured that everything will be fantastic.
