A SUCCESS! This best describes the triumphant event that marked the Luxe Beauty and Wellness Group’s latest milestone.
On Sunday, Oct. 2, Luxe Skin and Luxe Slim celebrated the grand opening of their newest physical store at SM City San Pablo. The said store is owned by Ms. Cassandra Garcia, who also served as Luxe Skin and Luxe Slim’s District 3 distributor in Laguna.
Their families, friends, and fellow distributors also graced the event to celebrate the brand’s achievement. Online influencers, including Kimpoy Feliciano, Mary Lite Lamayo, and Roi Oriondo, were also present to support Luxe Beauty and Wellness Group CEO Anna Magkawas.
After six months of anticipation, preparation, and construction, their newest shop opened with a bang.
In an exclusive interview, CEO Anna Magkawas told VIYLine Media Group (VMG) how grateful she is that SM gave Luxe Slim and Luxe Skin another chance to operate inside the mall.
“Unang-una, hindi lahat nabibigyan ng chance na makapasok sa SM, sa super malls. This is isa sa something na ikaka-proud namin na finally, Luxe Skin and Luxe Slim is finally available sa SM,” Magkawas added.
Despite the closure of businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, Magkawas launched Luxe Skin and Luxe Slim in 2021. Due to the company’s continuous success, it opened its first physical store in SM Tarlac last May 2022 and its second store five months after.
“Meron pa ring mga tao na hindi nakakapag-online and yung mall kasi is somewhere perfect na pwedeng pagbilhan ng mga tao, dahil yung mga families pumupunta pa rin sila sa mga malls,” Magkawas said.
“Syempre pag nadaanan nila yung store namin, maalala nila na ‘Ay! Eto yung nakita ko sa online. Eto yung gamit ni Lite, ni Kimpoy, ni Zeinab (Harake).’ Maalala nila, pwede silang bumili on the spot. And of course, wala nang shipping fee on end nila. Dito nalang sila tatakbo,” she added.
Meanwhile, Luxe Slim and Luxe Skin’s newest ambassadors and ambassadress express their gratitude and satisfaction for the successful grand launch.
Kimpoy Feliciano, Mary Lite Lamayo, and Roi Oriondo, who are personally using the products, are thankful for the public’s warm reception of the Luxe products.
“I’m a new part of this family kaya nakakatuwa to be part of a brand na talagang Filipino made. A local brand na successful hindi lang sa Philippines but also internationally,” Kimpoy told VMG.
“I hope more Filipinos really patronize more local products, and before we go international, tignan muna natin yung mga products dito sa Pilipinas. Kasi sometimes, they are not just good, sometimes they are even better than the brands na available sa ibang bansa,” he added.
