Here’s How Viy Cortez-Velasquez is Preparing For Their New Home

Team Payaman newlyweds Lincoln Velasquez, a.k.a. Cong TV, and Viy Cortez-Velasquez never fail to inspire their audience by achieving their dreams one by one, including having their very own family home. 

Viviys, through her social media platforms, continues to share updates about the construction of their newest dream house. 

House tour

As early as February, the 27-year-old vlogger and entrepreneur shared a Facebook video in which she was doing a quality check of bed foams, which she revealed was for their new house bedrooms.

Last March, Cong TV also did a funny “construction-themed” house tour in his vlog entitled “Babols.”

Three months later, Viy shared in a Facebook video the parts of their new home, which was still under construction. 

She showed the receiving area, kitchen, bedrooms, Kidlat’s play and study area, walk-in closets, balcony, and garden.

She also shared how their new home will be connected to their current house at the Congpound, which will soon become their editors’ hub and babysitters’ home.

“I’m so happy and excited,” Viy exclaimed. 

Dream Door

In her most recent Facebook post, Viy thanked Kahoy Creations PH for their custom high-ceiling TV rack and wall accent.

Kahoy Creations PH is a company that provides custom-design wood carving services.

“Thank you, Kahoy Creations PH! Nagawa nyo ang pinapantasya kong pinto. May mga aayusin pa dahil kakakabit lang pero napaka perfect na,” Viy wrote in her post. 

Dream Kitchen

Viy also thanked The Genre’s Design for turning her dream kitchen into reality.

“Pati ang pantasya kong kusina, malapit na,” Viy wrote in her Instagram story. 

The Genre’s Design is a woodworking company that designs and builds customized furniture, modular cabinets, and wood crafts.

“Inayos ko talaga ang kusina namin para pag nagluto ako makapag vlog ako,” Viy said in her comment.

Home appliances

Happily married on their 9th anniversary, the Cong and Viy unboxed the wedding gifts in Viy’s YouTube vlog, Reacting to our Wedding.

To achieve their dream aesthetic modern house, Viy shared that they requested their wedding guests to gift them items for their new home.

“Nakalagay kasi ‘yun sa gift request namin na ang request namin mga pangbahay kasi ‘pag lilipat na kami ng bahay.”

The couple thanked their wedding guests, who gifted them with candles, a vase, a lamp, a dining set with wand utensils, a wine rack, vacuum cleaners and a modern electric fan, wall displays like paintings and portraits of their old pictures, a wall clock, and various religious home decors.

“Alam n’yo ba namomroblema ako sa mga ilalagay at idi-display sa bahay, pero ngayon hindi na, kasi sobrang napuno na nila,” Viy said.
