Lechon Sisig Chao Fan

Here’s how you do it:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Put 1 tbsp of butter.
  3. Saute minced garlic until it turns golden brown.
  4. Saute chopped onions until they soften.
  5. Add mixed vegetables like chopped carrots, corn, and green peas.
  6. Add half a jar of Lechon Sisig in a jar.
  7. Add leftover rice, mix, and add salt & pepper as needed.

Lechon Paksiw is a Filipino dish stewed in vinegar and aromatics such as garlic, onions, and lechon sauce. It is traditionally made from leftover lechon served at typical Pinoy parties and celebrations.

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Deep fry diced tofu until it is golden brown.
  3. Put 1 tbsp of butter in a separate heated pan and saute chopped onion.
  4. Add fried tofu.
  5. Add one egg.
  6. Add KSJ Lechon Sisig Bagoong and mix well.
  7. Add 2 tbsp of oyster sauce and water.
  8. Add 1 tbsp of salt and pepper or as needed.
  9. Add salted black beans.
  10. Wait until the sauce drains.
  11. Transfer it to a serving bowl and top it off with toasted garlic or green onions.

Tortang Sisig

Tortang Talong, a.k.a. Eggplant Omelette, is a Filipino dish of grilled eggplants and fluffy eggs. It is open to many dish variations, from the filling to the dips.
