Meet the Creative Minds Behind Kidlat’s Birthday Celebration

And just like that, Viy Cortez-Velasquez and Cong TV’s very own Kidlat is now entering a new chapter in his life

What better way to mark Kidlat’s third birthday than with a Spiderman-themed celebration?

If you’re wondering who the creative minds behind this special event are, read on to find out how they made Kidlat celebration truly one for the books.

Back-To-Back Celebration

The Velasquez family, headed by Mommy Viy Cortez-Velasquez and Daddy Lincoln Velasquez, a.k.a. Cong TV, anticipated July 5 as one of the biggest milestones in their lives.

On this day in 2022, Mommy Viy gave birth to her unico hijo, Zeus Emmanuel Velasquez, a.k.a. Kidlat.

This year, Mommy Viy and Daddy Cong decided to welcome their second born, Baby Tokyo Athena Velasquez, into the Christian world—celebrating her Christening alongside Kuya Kidlat’s birthday.

Baby Tokyo’s Christening rites were held at L’Annunziata Parish Church—the same church where Mommy Viy and Daddy Cong exchanged vows.

The Creative Minds

Kidlat is known for his love for Spiderman. And as a birthday present, Mommy Viy and Daddy Cong have made sure that the event is inspired by the said fictional superhero. 

All thanks to Ms. Princess Ann Ramos of Events by Ms. P—Team Payaman’s trusted event coordinator, and Party Station for bringing the Spider-Man-themed birthday bash to life.

Of course, memories and priceless smiles were beautifully captured through the creative lens of Nice Print Photography.

Event host Calvin Gonzales made sure everyone, including the celebrants, were entertained throughout the celebration, leaving guests wanting more.

Guests, both young and young-at-heart, went home with goodies from Casy PH, Tiny Buds, Team Payaman Kids, and Moose Gear Apparel.
