Speaking of Holidays, Team Payaman Fair attendees are in for a treat as Novellino Wines joins the list of Team Payaman Fair merchants brands!
In an exclusive interview with VIYLine Media Group, Novellino Wine’s Christopher Quimbo, and Alodia Gosiengfiao-Quimbo shared their excitement about teaming up with Team Payaman power couple Lincoln Velasquez, a.k.a. Cong TV and Viy Cortez-Velasquez.
“I met Viy and Cong through Alodia. We saw that there was a kind of opportunity to do a collaboration. Our company, we’ve never ever done a limited run for anyone, and we thought they were kind of a good fit,” Quimbo shared.
“We’ve never done this. I know na sila Cong and Viy are very creative, and they’ve always been trying to do new things and whatnot, and it’s perfect kasi we’re also trying out new things, and so far, we got them to do this one!” Alodia added.
The Novellino Wine team shared a sneak peek of what they are preparing for attendees at the Team Payaman Fair.
“You’ll be able to find the limited edition and special Team Payaman Novellino through the Team Payaman Fair. You’ll be able to get one of the limited bottles at the event,” the Novellino Wines president announced.
Instead of simply offering a sponsorship package, the country’s number-one wine producer added a twist, especially for Cong, Viy, and the rest of the Team Payaman fans.
“We know people drink Novellino to celebrate momentous and special occasions, and one better way to celebrate such a special event is to celebrate with a special bottle that’s made just for Team Payaman. We’re pretty excited about it!” Quimbo told VMG.
Novellino Wines believe that the Team Payaman Fair-exclusive Sparkling Red Wine will resonate with Filipino consumers, especially those seeking healthier, non-alcoholic beverage options for celebrations.
“In the Philippines, I think over 60%, if not 65,% of the population are at the age of 30. So the majority of the population is young, and the fact that we have something now that doesn’t have alcohol already opens up to 20 million people that can possibly try the product,” Quimbo explained.
“What makes that product special is that the product comes from grape juice that would normally be made for wine, and that grape juice is imported from all over the world, and there’s no sugar added. So, it’s a much better product,” he added.
A Fruitful Collaboration
In another exclusive chat with VIYLine Media Group, Cong TV and Viy Cortez-Velasquez shared the inspiring story behind Team Payaman’s collaboration with Novellino Wines.
“Matagal na naming kaibigan sina Madam Alodia tsaka si Sir Chris. Gusto lang talaga namin silang imbitahin sa Team Payaman Fair, and then all of a sudden, parang na-open nila sa amin na baka gusto n’yo ng collaboration? Sino ba naman kami para tumanggi sa isang collaboration?” Cong TV happily shared.
As for Viy, “Since ang VIYLine ay may fulfillment center na at fully-equipped na kami na makapag-deliver ng kung ano-anong produkto, sabi ko agad-agad [kina Alodia at Chris] na sige ma’am, kami na ang magtitinda at kami na rin magpapadala sa mga bibili.”
Cong added that both parties are preparing for the upcoming Team Payaman Fair.
“Nae-excite kami kasi may mga nilagay silang something d’yan. Etong mga lalabas na ‘to [mga bote], limited edition ‘to! Perfect na pang-regalo ngayong pasko at syempre sa darating na bagong taon!” Cong told VMG.
