After years of hard work in content creation, the Team Payaman power couple, Cong TV and Viy Cortez-Velasquez, finally achieved their goal of having their dream house.
As they share a virtual tour of their newly built house, here are five things that we love about their new home.
In a recent vlog, Viy Cortez-Velasquez walked her viewers through their new home with her husband, Lincoln Velasquez, a.k.a Cong TV. The two shared that their newly built home is the house they’ve been dreaming of for years.
Having the vision of their dream house, Cong and Viy reached out to creative professionals to help them bring their ideas to life.
Cong TV thanked their kind suppliers for allowing them to collaborate on the house’s overall design and for a seamless partnership.
“Naging madali ‘yung buong proseso namin kasi ‘yung gumawa ng bahay namin, sobrang daling kausap.”
Cong also vouched for their contractor, Royal Bee Construction Services, after being satisfied with the overlook of their new home.
What initially stood out upon entering Cortez-Velasquez’s residence is their handmade wooden door designed by Kahoy Creations PH.
Viy shared that an in-house artist manually carved the wood, making it more artistic and appealing for those visiting their house.
“Ang gumawa nito matanda na. Tapos, isang buwan n’yang inukit ‘to. Inukit n’ya, minano-mano n’ya!” says Viy.
While at it, Viy also expressed amazement at their intelligent door locks and automated toilet bowls from Kanzen Home.
When you enter their home, you’ll immediately feel the homey vibe brought by the sofa, furniture, and motorized curtains from Jbd Curtains Installer.
Of course, we can’t miss the main highlight of the house, the faux Bonsai from Fauxliage, which added to the overall aesthetic of the receiving area.
The aesthetically pleasing personalized cabinets, organizers, and space-saving racks are all sourced by Tabrete Furniture.
The soon-to-be parents of two highly prioritized their kids’ safety and enjoyment, especially now that their son, Zeus Emmanuel Velasquez, a.k.a. Kidlat, loves to play around.
A playroom dedicated to Kidlat and his upcoming little sister is now ready. Mommy Viy took the liberty of designing and providing a space for their kids to play.
The parents also value safety, so they made sure that the outlets were covered and controlled by their devices to avoid accidents.
“Mayroon s’yang mechanism na kid-friendly s’ya. Tanging matatanda lang ang makakasaksak,” Viy shared.
Viy loves making her house feel homey and relaxing. That’s why she partnered with Sardo’s Garden to achieve a nature-like ambiance for their house.
From the moment you enter the gate until you reach the backyard, each space is filled with leaves, plants, and grass, giving you a nature-like feel at home!
In addition to concrete walls, Cong and Viy have opted for PVC Bamboo walls from PVC Bamboo Philippines to complete an Earth-themed backyard.
“Ang maganda dito guys is hindi na s’ya nabubulok kasi PVC na s’ya!” the happy wife shared.
The YouTube couple happily shared their space to create content for their viewers.
A studio made specially for Cong TV is built right across from their kids’ playroom. The room is perfect for shooting videos, editing content, or just lounging.
Meanwhile, Viy also has her own space for creating content, especially now that she loves producing cooking content through short-form vlogs.
Viy achieved her dream kitchen with the help of The Genre’s Design for the overall look and Mayfairandco for the organization.
Above all, the hard work Cong and Viy exerted to save up for their dream house remains the top thing we love about their new home.
In addition to saving up financially, Cong commended her wife for the time and effort she also put into designing their new house.
“In fairness sa’yo [Viy], ang ganda ng bahay natin! Ang galing mo!” says Cong.
The two thanked their viewers for supporting them through the years, allowing them to reach their goals.
“Maraming salamat sa inyo, sa mga nanonood sa amin. Kung hindi dahil sa inyo, wala itong bahay na ito. Maraming salamat sa suporta n’yo throughout the years. Mahal namin kayo and sana nagustuhan n’yo ang bahay namin!” Cong exclaimed.
