One Cream Fits All: Viyline Cosmetics Launches New and Improved 3-in-1 Aqua Cream

This is how Ms. Viy Cortez-Velasquez, VIYLine CEO, teased the makeup enthusiasts with the re-launching of the crowd-favorite lip product, “3-in 1 Aqua Cream”.

Aqua Cream by VIYLine Cosmetics is a 3-in-1 high quality makeup product first launched in 2021. Initially, it has 5 shades named after Viy’s fellow influencers and TP Friends such as Sachzna Laparan, Awra Briguela, Baninay Bautista, Michelle Dy, and Zendee.

It was followed by a smaller and more affordable version Aqua Cream Mini with 18 new shades named after Greek mythology goddesses.

Now, Aqua Cream was relaunched as the new and improved makeup product that can give color to cheeks, eyelids, and lips, available for all ages and skin tones. 

Viy wowed the netizens with her Facebook post featuring dark skin, morena, fair skin, and mestiza models, including her son’s babysitter and godmother, Carmina Marasigan, a.k.a. Ate Acar.

The creative directors from VIYLine Media Group (VMG) explained that they aim to showcase, through the use of models, how Viyline Cosmetics Aqua Cream can break norms and fit all by catering to such different types of skin tones.   

“Those models really represent all Filipinas out there who have different skin tone. So hindi lang sila basta model, sila ‘yung nagrerepresent na maraming pwedeng skin tone ang pwedeng makapag try ng shades ng Aqua Cream natin,” Ashley Claire Rodriguez said.

Moreover, Ms. Ivy Cortez Ragos, Viyline’s Product Development Manager and Viy’s sister shared that people can look forward to a better-looking, improved formula, and shades of Aqua Cream.

“Dahil mas pigmented, mas magaan sa labi, hindi po siya malagkit, at higit sa lahat ang ating mga shades ay bagay sa lahat ng skintone ng mga Filipina,” Ivy said.

The new and improved Aqua Cream officially dropped during Viy’s special livestream on November 10, 2024.
