WOW: VIYLine Awards an All-Expense Paid Trip to Hong Kong-Macau to Employees!

After the successful Team Payaman Fair Paawer Up and a productive 2023 for Viy Cortez’s business, VIYLine Group Companies held a 3-day breather for their employees.

Here are some highlights from the recently-held VIYLine 2024 Kickstart Party that Viy prepared for her beloved VIYLine staff.

#BeTheMagic at Enchanted Kingdom

On January 11, VIYLine Group of Companies’  (VGC) employees were spoiled with an all-access pass to the Philippines’ first and biggest theme park, Enchanted Kingdom.

A short program was held to welcome VGC employees and the Cortez family formally. Dance performances and a scrumptious lunch meal were also served to kick off their Enchanted Kingdom adventure.

The VGC team had the whole day to explore and try out different rides and activities the Enchanted Kingdom offers! 

VGC Team Building

The following day, VGC hosted a team-building activity at Kasile Hills Resort in Cabuyao, Laguna, where employees participated in all activities. 

VGC employees were divided into four groups (Yellow Team, Green Team, Red Team, and Blue Team), who actively participated and showed their leadership skills in every challenge.

The team building consisted of fun games and a challenging obstacle course that tested the strength and unity of every team.

While everyone has shown hard work and dedication, the Yellow Team reigns as the overall champion for this year’s team-building.

VGC Gala Night

On the same day, VGC held a VIYLine Gala Night, where everyone dressed up in their fancy gold, black, and red gowns and suits.

The Cortez family, headed by Viy Cortez (CEO), Rolando Cortez (General Manager), Imelda Cortez (Finance Head), Ivy Cortez-Ragos (Business Development Manager), and Yiv Cortez, graced the event with their presence in their stunning gala outfits.

The performances from employees made the night even more exciting, where the VGC Main Office team took home the bacon and won P50,000 cash! 

VIYLine employees also showcased their talents through VIYLine Got Talent, where a P20,000 cash prize awaited the winners.

Of course, the best dressers of the night were also appreciated and awarded a P70,000 cash prize. 

Meanwhile, prizes from Tough Mama Appliances and P200,000 worth of Apple products from Mobile Cart PH were also given away during the raffle draw.

After the festivities, Viy Cortez pays off her hardworking employees by awarding chosen employees with an all-expense paid trip to Hong Kong and Macau this year.

The VIYLine CEO was very happy and fulfilled after paying back her employees’ hard work, and even her parents have poured into her growing business.

“Sa totoo lang, isang beses sa isang taon lang ako nakakabawi sa kanila. Sila, bumabawi sa akin araw araw sa loob ng isang taon. Kaya, deserve nila ang lahat ng ito,” Viy Cortez wrote in a Facebook post.
