Weeks turned into months, and months turned into a year. Just how fast the time flies as social media baby Kidlat is no longer a baby, and this only calls for nothing but a grand celebration. 

Get to know the exceptional and creative team behind the fun birthday celebration of Cong TV and Viy Cortez’s son, Zeus Emmanuel Cortez Velasquez.

The Best Birthday Ever!

YouTube’s power couple Cong TV and Viy Cortez recently celebrated the first birthday of their son, popularly now as Kidlat. The exceptional parents made sure to pull off a grand celebration last July 5, 2023, at DreamPlay at City of Dreams in Parañaque City.

The event is headed and organized by Viy’s trusted event planner, Events by Miss P, who also organized the family’s previous milestone events like the gender reveal party and Kidlat’s baptismal.

Miss P shared that she never had a hard time working with the Velasquez Family throughout the planning and execution of the event.

“‘Yun naman ang gusto ko kina Viy at Cong. They really respect my time as [their] suppliers. They really give us ample time to plan hindi ‘yung madalian,” Miss P told VIYLine Media Group.

Dave Sandoval spearheaded the event’s styling, inspired by some of the well-known characters from DreamWorks, matching the theme of the event venue. 

Of course, the best birthday ever won’t be complete without a delicious birthday cake from Sweet Creations by Mums.

Meanwhile, Clowning Around and Alab Poi Dancer became the life of the party with their show-stopping performances that made the crowd go wild.

Several games with corresponding prizes awaited the guests, making the event even more exciting. Not to mention the play area, inflatable slides, and ball pit setup brought by The Nest Play and Party Pad.

Viy Cortez’s business, TP Kids, is also present during the party to give away educational toys and learning material tokens for all the kiddie attendees. Tiny Buds also gave away baby essentials and souvenirs for all the guests. 

The unforgettable moments of the event were captured, all thanks to the presence of Nice Print Photography. MG Lomb also entertained the guests with the fun and interactive 360-rotating photo booth.

Did you like Cong, Viy, and Kidlat’s party look? Andrea Marie Atelier made sure to dress up the family with their on-point “How to Train Your Dragon” inspired costumes. 

The Perfect Guests for the Perfect Day

Aside from the exceptional team that made the birthday a bang, Kidlat’s guests also made the party unforgettable.

These people graced the event with their presence, making every moment memorable not just for their gifts but also through their unwavering love for the Cortez-Velasquez Family.

Social media personalities such as Jai Asuncion, Meiko Montefalco, Michelle Dy, China Roces, the entire Team Payaman, and many more were all present during the event. Singer-songwriter Zack Tabudlo was also present to greet Viy and Cong’s unico hijo.

And, of course, the presence of Kidlat’s parents, Tito and Titas, grandparents, and close friends made the event one for the books and, indeed, a birthday to remember!
