New Haring Bangus Product to Launch Exclusively at Team Payaman Fair

Just in time for the summer season, Team Payaman’s Michael Magnata, a.k.a Mentos, is set to launch a new product under his milkfish business, Haring Bangus.

Mentos is about to introduce a new milkfish variant that only Team Payaman Fair attendees can get their hands on!

Haring Bangus, which officially opened to the public in 2022, offers two milkfish variants, namely Belly Garlic Original and Belly Garlic Spicy, which retail for Php 210 and Php 220, respectively.

This year, Haring Bangus owner aims to level up his business with a new product variant, which is set to be exclusively available at Team Payaman Fair happening on March 8–12, 2023, at SM Megamall Megatrade Halls 1–3.

“Mayroon kasi akong bagong product na ilalabas, pero ipapatikim ko muna sa kanila [Team Payaman]. Itong product na ‘to guys sa TP Fair, n’yo lang matitikman ‘to so kita-kita nalang tayo sa TP Fair,” Mentos excitedly shared.

Mentos came up with the idea of applying a twist to his best-selling milkfish variants by releasing Milkfish Spring Roll, famously known as “Bangus Shanghai” in the Philippines.

To know the verdict of his neighbors and housemates in Congpound, Mentos personally cooked his newest product for his friends to try.

“Ito kasi, natikman ko na s’ya. Pero, ipapatikim ko sa kanila kung okay ‘to. Kasi kailangan kong malaman yung feedback nila,” he added.

The Verdict

Cong TV’s videographer and editor, Ephraim Abarca, said, “Nung kinain ko s’ya, parang nahanap ko yung mga kulang ko sa buhay.”

Meanwhile, Cong TV also shared some suggestions to improve Haring Bangus’ Shanghai.

“Siguro yung wrapper tanggalin mo? Ang sarap kasi nung bangus eh!” Cong quipped. 

“Dagdagan mo ng toge yung loob!” Boss Keng added

Meanwhile, Mentos happily shared that Haring Bangus products are also available for bulk orders, especially for those who want to level up their dine-in businesses.

“Yung umorder sa akin, tapsihan s’ya. Malakas daw sa kanya yung Bangsilog, kaya umorder na naman siya ulit. Laging sold out, kaya dadalhan natin s’ya ulit,” Mentos shared.
