Team Payaman, Family, and Friends Shares Well Wishes as they Welcome Baby Kidlat to the Christian World

It is official! Cong TV and Viy Cortez’s firstborn son, Kidlat, is now a part of the Christian world. 

Together with their family and friends, the YouTube power couple celebrated Kilat’s milestone at L’Annunziata Parish, followed by a Safari-themed party at Palazzo Verde. 

Family, friends, and Kidlat’s godparents did not let the occasion pass without sharing their meaningful messages to the adorable 3-month-old Zeus Emmanuel Cortez Velasquez. 

Well-wishes

In an exclusive interview, Aqua Cream by VIYLine Cosmetics ambassadors Awra, Baninay, and Michelle Dy told VIYLine Media Group (VMG) their well-wishes for our YouTube baby. 

“Magpapakabait ka at alam ko namang lalaki kang mabuting bata kasi maayos kang mapapalaki ni Ate Viy at Kuya Cong. Love you, Kidlat!” Awra Briguela said.

“Happy birthday, idol Cong and welcome to the Christian world, Kidlat. I’m so excited to meet you,” Baninay Bautista added. 

Ninang Michelle Dy assured Baby Kidlat that she would fulfill her duties as his godmother. 

“Sana lumaki ka na matalino, mabait, at may takot sa Diyos. Sana while you grow up respect your parents. I will be here as your ninang, whatever that you need, I’ll be here for you,” Dy told VMG. 

Meanwhile, Ninang Anna Magkawas said she is honored to be one of Kidlat’s godparents. 

“Napaka swerte ni Kidlat kasi meron syang mga magulang katulad ninyo (Viy and Cong). Kidlat, I’m so happy na ako ang naging ninang mo,” the Luxe Beauty and Wellness Group CEO said. 

Tips for Mommy Viy and Daddy Cong

On the other hand, Viy Cortez’s friend and fellow beauty brand CEOs gave the new parents some tips as they head on to the next chapter of their parenting journey.

Colourette Cosmetics CEO Nina Ellaine Cabrera said: “It’s gonna be one hell of a roller coaster ride, but I’m sure they will be the best parents they can be for Kidlat.”

“Cherish every moment kasi sobrang bilis nilang lumaki. God bless,” Sereese Beauty owner Reese Tayag-Regua added. 

TikTok star Meiko Montefalco also shared some words of wisdom for the 26-year-old first-time mom.

“It’s okay na magkamali, ‘wag natin isipin na porket nanay na tayo ay tama na ang ginagawa natin. Kasi usually yung mga first-time moms natatakot sila pag nagkakamali sila, it’s a learning process,” Meiko said. 

Meanwhile, in a TikTok clip, Meiko revealed that she sponsored one of the giveaways for the godparents as a gift to Baby Kidlat and Mommy Viy. 

“Since si Cong TV and si Viy Cortez ang kanyang parents, nahirapan talaga ako mag-isip kung anong pwede kong iregalo kay Kidlat,” Meiko shares. 

“Kaya ang naisip ko is mag-sponsor akong souvenir sa mga ninong at ninang,” she added.
