For Better or Worse
After being together for four years and living under the same roof with their 3-year-old son, Mavi, Junnie Boy (Marlon Velasquez Jr.) admits that they have seen the best and worst attitudes of each other.
On the other hand, Vien said she will never leave her husband no matter what challenges their marriage may face.
“Pero lagi mong tatandaan, nagtatampo o nagagalit man ako, hindi kita iiwan.”
For Richer or Poorer
The 25-year-old mother-of-one said she witnessed how Junnie showered her and Mavi with unconditional love.
Like other couples, Junnie and Vien started their relationship’s finances from scratch. That is why the Velasquez patriarch is very thankful for how Vien stood by his side “for richer or poorer.”
In Sickness and In Health
Months before Junnie and Vien walked down the aisle, their family experienced both physical and mental health challenges.
Junnie got his shoulder dislocated during their pamamanhikan at Vien’s family, while Mavi had to undergo a major operation due to undescended testicles.
Despite all of this, Junnie promised to fulfill his duty as the main man of the family.
‘Till Death Do Us Part
Vien also thanked Junnie for fulfilling his promise to marry her and receive the blessing from their parents, family, and friends.
Mahal na mahal kita,” the bride added.
And in a very emotional moment, Junnie Boy broke down into tears as he professed his love and commitment to his wife.
“Maraming salamat, Mommy, kasi ikaw yung may ari ng kamay na ‘to!” he added and kissed Vien’s hands.
