Team Payaman Fair 2024: Color of Lights is finally happening, and Team Payaman’s Venice Velasquez and Eve Marie Castro are in the works for something you should not miss out on!

Here’s what you should expect from these ladies as they launch their tote bag business exclusively at the TP Fair!

What is EVEN PH?

Team Payaman Fair will hold its third leg from December 27 to 30, 2024, at the SMX Convention Center in Manila.

In addition to merchants of your favorite brands, your favorite Team Payaman stars will once again set up booths and showcase their products during the four-day fair.

Beyond Cong TV’s Cong Clothing and Viy Cortez-Velasquez’s VIYLine Cosmetics is another lifestyle brand headed by two Team Payaman ladies —EVEN PH.

EVEN PH is a new business venture started by Cong TV’s sister, Venice Velasquez, and Team Iligan-Velasquez’s manager, Eve Marie Castro. 

These TP entrepreneurs decided to collaborate and create a brand that promises convenience while still being stylish through its tote bags. 

In an exclusive interview, Eve Marie Castro shared what inspired her and Venice Velasquez to partner and create EVEN PH.

“We were in Bali last July, tamang food trip lang at sangria sa huling gabi namin, tapos bigla na lang namin naisip na ‘bakit kaya di tayo magbenta sa TP fair this time?’” Eve told VMG.

The two also disclosed why Tote Bags was a better starting point for their newly built business.

“We decided na tote bag kasi parang walang nagbebenta nun doon. We also share the same love for tote bags, especially when we travel,” Castro added. 

“Well, base sa experience namin. We love how ‘basic’ and ‘casual’ tote bags are. Isa sya sa go-to bag namin especially kung maraming kang anik-anik na dala hehe. You want to run some errands, go to the gym, beach, work outside, pwede!” 

On the back-end, hindi rin masyadong nakakapagod mag-source at mag-develop since you just need very few materials to start from,” the business owners shared.

While many tote bag brands are present in the market, Venice and Eve are firm because of the unique edge of their products.

“Material is [made from] ultra-thick cotton canvas. Legit makapal sya. It has a quality zipper. Minimalist design lang so madaling dalhin kahit ano pang gender mo.” 

“Naglalaro din kami sa kulay so may ibang release (in the future) na ‘di masyadong usual yung color for a tote bag. Maiba lang hehe!” 

When asked about their expansion plans, the two excitedly shared their future goals for EVEN PH.

“Yes, definitely, actually may mga plan na kame for next year. Madame na kameng ideas na sana ma pull off namen lahat!” the girl bosses happily shared.
